The Amazon/Barclaycard offer proved troublesome for me. I ended up on chat to Amazon for 2 hours and had to ask to be connected to a Manager before the voucher was applied to my account. Initially customer services kept asking for proof that I was eligible, e.g. an email from Amazon (which isn’t mentioned in the terms of this particular offer). The Manager applied the offer, then with him still on the chat I made several attempts to buy qualifying items before the £10 discount finally appeared at the checkout.
