My pick of the best offers and savings.
Every week I spend hours looking at discounts and deals to pick the good from the bad. I’ll only share ones which I think are worth considering – but remember you’re only saving money if you’re buying something you need and can afford.
Don’t forget to check out my Clever Cash Deals Instagram account. This is where I’ll share any flash offers that will have come and gone by the time this roundup is published.
Some articles on the site contain affiliate links, which provide a small commission to help fund our work. However, they won’t affect the price you pay or our editorial independence. Read more here.

Amazon: Free £10 to £20 credit hack
You might remember a few weeks ago I shared that Amazon will be stopping Visa credit card payments in January.
Those who have a Visa credit card set as their main card will likely have seen an offer to get £10 (£20 Prime) to spend – when you replace the card with a Mastercard or Amex.
And if you didn’t get sent the offer? I’ve found a way to hack this and (hopefully) become eligible. More here.
TopCashback: £15 welcome bonus ends
If you’re not already signed up to TopCashback, then you’ve only a few days to claim an increased £15 welcome bonus. You need to spend £15 via the cashback site (at places such as Asos and M&S) to get the reward. Here’s more on the offer.
American Express: Shop Small starts Saturday
If you have an Amex credit card then make sure you add the Shop Small offer to your card (or cards) to get £5 credit back to your card for every £15 spent at independent shops, restaurants, bars and other businesses. Here’s my guide to getting the most from the offer.
B&Q: 20% off
Use the code FESTIVE10 at B&Q to save 20% of everything until 13 December 2021.
HSBC: £150 bank switch + £10 donation
There’s a new bank switch offer, this time from HSBC. It’s a hefty £150, plus a £10 donation will be made to Shelter. More details.
Spotify: Three months for £9.99
As I predicted in October, anyone who cancelled their Spotify Premium account more than a month ago should now be able to get three months for the price of one.
Investing app Freetrade is boosting the minimum value of its free share to £10 to new users for the next two weeks – though it could be worth as much as £200.
If you’re not sure about investing then treat this offer as just some free money and sell up the share once you’ve got it. More here.
McDonalds: Free burger via O2
There’s a new regular offer via O2 Priority on a Tuesday, giving you a free burger via the app. I made the mistake of doing this the other day (sometimes a freebie isn’t worth it), but I know many of you will love Macca Ds.
Don’t forget Virgin Media customers can now get the app (and anyone can get it via my hack). More here.
Vodafone VeryMe: Christmas freebies
Another phone loyalty app offer, this time with Vodafone. In December freebies include a £5 Body Shop voucher, a movie rental and bar of chocolate.
If you’re not with Vodafone, £10 will give you access for six weeks, though I’m not sure it’s worth it even with these extra. Here’s more.
PayPal: Free prize draw
The other week I entered this free weekly competition on Paypal… and won £50! It’s still running for a few weeks so it’s worth taking a look. More here.
Britbox: 50% off for a year
If you’ve not tried Britbox yet (it might also work for previous subscribers) you can get free month and then a year for £29.99. More here.
