My pick of the best offers and savings.
Every week I spend hours looking at discounts and deals to pick the good from the bad. I’ll only share ones which I think are worth considering – but remember you’re only saving money if you’re buying something you need and can afford.
Don’t forget to check out my Clever Cash Deals Instagram account. This is where I’ll share any flash offers that will have come and gone by the time this roundup is published.

This week’s deals
Savings: 5.25% and 4.5% regular savers
Lloyds has made a big move on regular savers, with Club Lloyds account holders able to get 5.25% and deposit £400 a month. Other Lloyds account holders can get 4.5% on up to £250 a month. The latter is also available from Bank of Scotland. More on these and other best buys here.
Waitrose: “free” hot drinks
If you regularly buy a tea or coffee when out and about, the return of this offer could be a big money saver. I’ve explained how it works, and shared a trick so you could (if you really wanted) qualify for the deal with just a 1p spend.
BT TV: £6pm for Netflix, NOW Entertainment & a Freeview recorder
This very tempting deal from BT is back. Pay just £6 a month for basic Netflix, NOW Entertainment and a box to watch and record Freeview. It’s a 24-month contract, though, and you have to either already be a BT Broadband customer, or sign up (this might not be the cheapest option out there) to be eligible. More here.
Amazon: £5 off £15 spend
Some Amazon customers will be able to get £5 off items sold direct by Amazon – though as ever only use the deal if there’s something you actually need. More here.
Amazon Fresh: £5 off
Another Amazon deal, this one offering a free fiver to spend at Amazon’s supermarket. More here.
Cinemas: 40% off Vue, Odeon & more
The free Lidl+ app doesn’t just give vouchers for the supermarket. You can also get free access to the Cinema Society, with savings of up to 40% at major chains and movie rentals. Here’s more.
Sky Sports: £19.99 a month for six months
Previous NOW TV customers who’ve had Sky Sports should check their emails and account to see if they can get this heavily discounted offer – though bear in mind the World Cup next month will mean there’s less football on Sky during this time. More here.
Wine: 25% off at Asda, Sainsbury’s & Tesco
If you need to stock up on wine, then this offer is back at the supermarket. Remember to see if there are other discounts on bottles you can stack to save even more. More here.
American Express: Boosted Amex Platinum offer ends
It’s your last chance to get the 60,000 points and £200 travel credit as a new Amex Platinum cardholder. Combined with other deals this could be worth around £900. More here.

Hi Andy my name is Tyrone.
I have recently subscribed to your YouTube channel and ‘like’ all the videos you broadcast.
May I request your advice on the following.
I have £40000 currently in Premium Bonds (I saw your article on PB) I now want to move £35,000 into a high interest account and wont need to access it for at least 10 years. Where would you suggest I place it please for the highest return given the rates are on daily moves – KR Tyrone
