Amex Platinum: Possible £240 welcome bonus

There’s a boosted signup deal for the Amex Platinum card, with 60,000 Amex points available if you spend £6,000 in six months.

Convert this to Nectar points (via Avios) and cancel the card when you get the bonus and this could give a profit of £240. It’s also open to some existing Amex cardholders. More here.

Sky Sports: 9 months for £20 a month

With the F1 season about to start, NOW has brought back the 9-month season pass at £20 a month rather than the usual £33.99. You can cancel any time. More here.

Mother’s Day: Flower savings

After a period with loads of offers, we’re starting to see some end. Santander’s finished last weekend and the Lloyds offer of £150 ends on Monday. More here.
