Every week I spend hours looking at discounts and deals to pick the good from the bad. I’ll only share ones which I think are worth considering – but remember you’re only saving money if you’re buying something you need and can afford.

Disney+: 15% off via Santander

Santander customers should check their offers to see if they can save on Disney+ streaming. More here.

Pub: Free pint and 2-4-1 drinks

There are a couple of new offers with cheap or free drinks out this month, including a free Heineken during the Six Nations and buy one, get one on pints, gin and more until the end of the month. More here.

M&S: Sparks giveway

If you are signed up to the free M&S Sparks loyalty scheme then check your app as there are new offers every day until the 16th. Here’s more.

Days out: Free and discounted entry via National Lottery

Buy a Lotto ticket or scratch card and you can save on entry to attractions like National Trust and the Eden Project later this month. More here.

NordVPN: Free after cashback

A VPN is a service which lets you access the internet privately or browse as if you were in another country (it’s how people watch iPlayer overseas).

On Saturday 12 March only, Quidco is offering 100% cashback rather than the usual 80% on a two-year NordVPN membership, worth around £68.

A quick extra hack – VAT is added on top and cashback doesn’t cover this. So you’re looking at paying around £14, though I know some people have said they’re based in the US or Guernsey to avoid this. Remember if you do pay in a foreign currency it’s best to use a card that won’t charge a fee.

Telegraph: Free Vue tickets are back

It seemed at the start of the month that the free Vue ticket offer via a Telegraph subscription had ended – but it’s back. Take out a four-month trial for £3 to take advantage. You’ll also get a free Chili movie rental each month. Here’s more.

Odeon: Free ticket Sunday or Monday via O2

I’ve not paid for a cinema ticket in months thanks to the O2 Priority Odeon offer, and it’s now been extended so you can go either Sunday or Monday. Here’s more.
