You can free cheeseburgers from both fast food chains with the launch of their respective loyalty schemes. Here’s more.

Savings rates: Up to 5% at Yorkshire BS

If you’ve had a Yorkshire Building Society savings or mortgage for more than a year you can get a 5% regular saver. Elsewhere the best buy easy-access is now 1.6% and the top 1-year fix is 2.75%. All the best savings accounts.

Amex Platinum: Get £300 restaurant credit

If you have the pricey (£575 per year) American Express Platinum card, you’ll now be able to get £300 back on restaurant spending at home and abroad each year. Here’s how it works, and whether it’s as good as it sounds.

Currys: £5 recycling voucher returns

Handover any unwanted tech at Currys to get a £5 off £25 voucher via the Trash for Cash scheme that returns until the middle of next month. Handy if there’s something you’re planning to buy. More here.
