Free Vue tickets
Six free tickets via Lloyds Bank
You can get six free adult Vue tickets if you open a Club Lloyds bank account. We have a full review if you want to learn more about the bank account. You get new tickets every 12 months.
Free ticket for Sky Cinema customers
If you’ve got Sky Cinema, you can get two free standard Vue cinema tickets every month.
You’ll need the MySky App to get access to this offer, where you’ll find a code to use online and a QR code to use in the cinema. There’s a limit to how many free tickets Sky gives out each month, so you may need to get in early.
Free ticket for Vitality members
If you’ve got a Vitality membership, usually offered as a healthcare perk with employers, then you can nab yourself a free Vue ticket once each month.
You need to earn 48 Vitality points each month for tracking your activity, then just log into the website or app to generate your personal cinema ticket code.
Enter your code on Vue’s website when booking your tickets.

Vue ticket deals and offers
5 for £22 / 10 for £40 via Groupon
Groupon is selling discounted Vue tickets which could come out as low as £4 per ticket. And if you combine with a voucher code you should be able to bring the price down even more.
- Two tickets for £9.50 (£4.75 each)
- Five tickets for £20 (£4.40 each)
- Ten tickets for £40 (£4 each)
These tickets are valid until 3 October 2024. You can pay an additional fee for VIP tickets. You need to book the tickets online – they can’t be redeemed in the cinema and can’t be used with any other offer or discount.
Check terms and conditions before buying to ensure your local cinema is included.
3 tickets for £1 via the Telegraph
With Telegraph Extra, you can grab yourself two or three cinema tickets for just £1 — here’s how it’s done.
For £1, you can get three months of Telegraph Digital Plus, and the Extra rewards are available from the second month onwards.
The tickets are released on the first Friday of the month and seem to last all month (they used to be first come first served). So if you time the trial to start a few days into the month, you should be be able to also pick a third voucher just before your trial ends.
There could even be a way to boost it to 4 tickets a month during this trial!
2-4-1 tickets with Meerkat Movies
Meerkat Movies can get you two tickets for the price of one at various cinemas, including Vue, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
It’s offered to people that take out insurance with Compare the Market, but we have a way of getting it for just a quid with a sneaky trick. You can also now get Meerkat Meals included.
Up to 40% off at Vue with Tastecard
Tastecard and Gourmet Society members can also save up to 40% (25% on average) on all tickets at Vue.
Gourmet Society regularly has free or £1 trials, while Tastecard offers a monthly running option at £2.99 so you can give it a try, but be aware both will auto-renew at full price if you don’t cancel.

Two tickets for £9 with O2
If you’re with O2 or Virgin Media you can use the O2 Priority app to get two tickets at Vue for £9 every week. There’s also 20% off food and drinks.
You can get a new code at 10am each Monday and it’s valid until Sunday of the same week.
If you don’t have access to O2 Priority, this hack can give it to you for £10 every six months.
£5.99 tickets with Fever
It’s possible to buy a ticket from £5.99 to use on 2D movies at Vue with the entertainment site Fever.
However, you have to choose the location in advance and not all might be available. You might also find the price changes depending on the venue you select.
I found some easily, other locations can be found by selecting the city then searching “Vue”. However this won’t work for all. For example Leeds doesn’t appear, even though it has a Vue.
It might also be possible to use a refer-a-friend link to save £4.

Vue memberships
Unfortunately, Vue doesn’t have an unlimited membership like Odeon and Cineworld. It does have a free membership, but it doesn’t get you much.
Vue membership: free refunds and unlock freebies
Sadly, you don’t get discounted tickets with a Vue membership, but it does let you get a refund on your tickets if your plans change and you can unlock rewards and receive freebies with the membership. This could include upgrades, tickets and snacks.
Vue gift card discounts
There are a few ways that you can buy discounted Vue gift cards, including from Costco, if you’ve got a membership. Tesco and Amazon often run promotions where you can get a Vue gift card at 15%-20% off, so these are worth checking out too.
The nice thing about buying discounted Vue gift cards is that you can still make the most out of other discounts, like Meerkat Movies.
You’ll need to remember to use the full gift card before it expires, otherwise you’ll just lose money. We’ll share any offers available here.
Special rates and screenings
Vue charges different rates for different seats. These range from £5.99 (£4.99 if you buy online) for Super Saver seats, located at the front of the cinema to £8.99 for VIP seats, located at the back, with an upgraded seat.
You can’t get a concession or child price, but there are special kids screenings.
Book online: £1 cheaper
If you book tickets online then you get the cheapest price available, which is £1 cheaper than rocking up to the cinema without tickets.
Just a bit of forethought and you can get tickets for £4 lower for a family of four.
Vue Mighty Mornings: tickets for £2.49
Vue has kids screenings on Saturdays and Sundays at 10am and every day in the school holidays. Tickets cost £2.49 if you buy them online or £3.49 if you buy them at the cinema. Kids and adults pay the same price.
These aren’t usually the latest releases, though you can sometimes catch one at its final run, and remember that it is for kids, so don’t expect a silent cinema.
Concession prices at Vue
Child & teen tickets
There aren’t reduced prices for children or teenagers at Vue. There are Vue Mighty Mornings for kids.
Students
There isn’t a student discount at Vue however Cineworld does have one.
Senior discount
There isn’t a senior discount at Vue, but Odeon runs Silver Screenings.
