If you haven’t had an Amazon Prime trial yet (or not in the last 12 months) this is a great chance to get a little extra.
What’s the deal?
Until 15th May you can get a free £10 voucher to spend on Amazon Instant Video alongside a free 30 day trial of Amazon Prime.
How good is the deal?
If you want to watch new release movies on demand it’s pretty good. An SD rental is £3.49, so if you spend an extra 47p, you’ll be able to watch three films. Or you can spend it on a digital copies or box set to keep.
You’ll also get access to a month of TV and film streaming on Amazon Prime Instant Video (I know, they could have been snappier with the names) and free delivery on all Amazon purchases.
What to watch out for
You must stream something from Amazon Prime Instant Video within 60 days of signing up to get the voucher. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be sent the voucher in 30 days.
If you’ve don’t cancel Amazon Prime you’ll automatically be charged £79 for a year’s membership, so I’d recommend cancelling straight away. You can always sign up again later if you want.
The £10 voucher is valid until 31st July 2015.
