Last chance for extended Amex bonus period

One of the best features of an American Express credit card is the introductory offer – worth between £100 and £125 depending on the card you choose and how much you spend.

Normally you only have three months to hit the spending targets but for the last few months that time has been extended for six months. However from next week it drops back down to three months.

So if you are thinking of getting a card and think you’d need the extra time, now is the time to apply.

Free Brewdog beer

You’ve only got a few days left to claim a voucher to swap for a free Schooner (2/3 pint) of Punk IPA at Brewdog bars when they reopen next month.

£10 Cashback bonus at Currys

This week Quidco is offering an extra £10 bonus when you spend £100 or more at Currys. You need to opt in. Here’s more on the offer.

Amazon fashion sale

There’s a big Amazon sale on clothes and accessories until Sunday, including New Balance trainers for around £28. Here’s more on the offer.

Cheap Night In: Glastonbury and more free online gigs to watch

This weekend should have seen the 50th Glastonbury take place. To make up for the cancellation there a hundred or so free classic sets available to watch on iPlayer. You can watch them on demand and create your own festival line-up.

Here’s how to catch them and another 50 live concert recordings I’ve found on YouTube, Amazon, Netflix and NOW TV from the likes of Madonna, Fleetwood Mac and more.

Cheap Night In: A Midsummer Night’s Dream

There are two productions of this Shakespeare play available on YouTube this week. Choose between the National Theatre at Home channel or the more traditional version from the Globe Theatre.
