Cash Chats podcast episode 12 w/ guest Di Coke

A really fun episode this week as I’m joined by the “Super Lucky” Di Coke to talk competitions, misleading adverts and what we’d do with an extra £100 pounds. Plus, why we might go vigilante.

I first met Di last year at the UK Money Bloggers awards, where she won the Best Freebies, Couponing or Competitions SHOMO award – and that’s not even the biggest win she’s had in the last 12 months. She’s actually a pro-comper (sorry Di – she hate’s that phrase) so we’ve naturally talked about entering competitions including Di’s gripe with some “instant win” promotions which aren’t what they seem.

We then moved onto more misleading adverts (hello Virgin Trains, Barclays and The Trainline), before looking at the new financial year and the £100 “win” most people will get thanks to tax changes.

I’ve put some of the key links to the topics we discussed below so you can explore them further. Plus you can subscribe via iTunes or follow on Soundcloud so you don’t miss an episode.
