Cashback is a great way to make a little extra cash – but just how much are we talking?
One of the easiest ways to make some extra money is via cashback – whether that’s through credit cards, cashback sites or a bank account.
But are we talking just a few quid here, or could you ever get £1,000 in a year? It sounds like a stretch to get anywhere close to a grand back just from normal spending so I’ve crunched some numbers to see what’s possible.
Using ONS spending data, I’ve looked at what the average household could be earning from the likes of American Express, Quidco, TopCashback and Santander 123 Lite.
