My guest this week on the podcast is Emma Bradley from Mum’s Savvy Savings.
Once again I’ve been joined by a member of my UK Money Blogger community, this time the wonderful Emma Bradley.
Emma runs a regular “linky” (where bloggers share their posts) called the Five Fabulously Frugal Things I’ve Done This Week, so we chatted about some of the savings we’ve made over the last seven days, including a tip for if you’re ever going to freeze a banana (you should!).
From Be Clever With Your Cash we discussed my recent article on sharing your subscriptions and membership perks to save money, alongside some things you need to watch out for.
Then finally we had a chat about peer pressure to spend, from £10 hair bows for kids through to week long Stag do’s in Vegas, via going out for drinks or food with friends.
All the links to the articles we discuss are listed below.
As ever, if you enjoy the episode, it would be fantastic if you’d leave a review on iTunes or other podcast sites to help other people find us (the more reviews and ratings, the more likely it is they’ll appear higher up the charts). You can also subscribe and download on your phones so you never miss an episode!
